Three Fat Burning Plants That Help You Lose Weight
The best place to look for a health solution is in nature. There are several natural plant compounds that promote healthy weight loss and support your metabolism. Turmeric, Ginseng, and Aloe Vera are among the best examples of how you can use nature to look and feel your best.

Turmeric is a versatile root, it can be grounded and used as a spice, taken in capsule form, or added to tea and smoothies. I take turmeric both as a supplement and use it for cooking. Below is my favorite Golden Milk recipe that is rich in turmeric and other healthy spices.


Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut 🥥 milk (or other non-dairy milk of your choice)
- 2 tsp ground turmeric (you can grind the rhizome fresh or dry with a mortar and pestle)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne 🌶 pepper
- ½ tsp of cardamom
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ¼ tsp of nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of black pepper
- Honey 🍯 or stevia or monkfruit
Add all ingredients together in a saucepan and place them on the stovetop until warm. Add the warmed milk to a blender and blend until it becomes frothy. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and enjoy!
