
Heart Healthy Guacamole Recipe
10 average avocados
4 limes
2 big lemons
6 cloves of minced garlic
A bunch of cilantro
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 small red onion — diced
1 tomato – diced
Cumin
Pink Himalayan Salt
Peper
1 small jalapeño or substitute with cayenne powder
A splash of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Pound the minced garlic, cilantro, and spices together. Add lemon, lime, ACV and olive oil. Add all the avocados and smash everything all together. Mix in the onion and tomato and stir everything together. Enjoy with grainless or gluten free chips or celery sticks. Enjoy the extra omega 3 fatty acids and rich taste that olive oil adds to the guacamole. The ACV makes this dish even healthier by adding probiotics that support and aid digestion.
